This policy explains how Polaris Chrono (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202501023396), trading as LuxenX, handles personal data collected through luxenxgallery.com. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Order details — name, email address, shipping address, phone number, ring size and finish, and the items you bought.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Enquiries — anything you send us by email or through the bulk order and partner forms.
• Reviews — the name, rating, text and any photo you choose to submit.
• Technical data — basic server and analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate region, used to understand how the site is performing.

Health data

Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and recovery readings are recorded by the ring and displayed in the companion mobile app. This website does not collect, receive or store your health readings. Data held in the app is governed by the app's own privacy terms.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide support and handle warranty claims, send you transactional email such as order confirmations and tracking, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: our payment processor, the couriers delivering your parcel, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and preferences working, and to measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet Malaysian tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Security
