Products

We sell the LuxenX Smart Ring in rose gold and silver finishes, in international standard sizes 6 to 12. We photograph the product as accurately as we can, but screens vary and slight variation in finish between units is normal for a manufactured metal product.

Not a medical device

The LuxenX Smart Ring is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device. Its heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV and sleep readings are for general wellness and fitness information only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. Do not ignore medical advice because of something the ring reported.

Prices and payment

The ring is listed at USD 145. Orders shipping within Malaysia are billed in ringgit at RM 599. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — where an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 1-year warranty are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Bulk, partner and reseller orders

Bulk and reseller arrangements are quoted individually and governed by the separate written agreement issued with the quotation, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

Intellectual property

The LuxenX name, logo, product photography and site copy are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false reviews or fraudulent orders. We may refuse service where this happens.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or any rights you have under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you order.
